Welcome to the Baywood Owners Improvement Association (BOIA) website. Our goal is to provide you with a means to stay informed on events happening in and around Baywood and offer an easy way for you to provide your input to the Board on issues of importance to you. 

As President of the Board of the Baywood Owners Improvement Association, I encourage you to take a look around this website and read about the many initiatives the Board has undertaken in the last several years.  During the upcoming weeks we will be updating the website content to reflect recent accomplishments and articles of interest.

GEORGE TRUBOW'S RETIREMENT PARTY
George Trubow, a beloved teacher at Borel Middle School, is set to retire after 40 years of service.  Please join us at the Borel Gym at 600 Barneson Avenue from 4-7pm to say thank you to Mr. Trubow.
